Pinot Gris Réserve Personnelle 2022
Pinot Gris is a wine with a strong aromatic complexity, mellow.
The structure of this wine is tasty, rich and concentrated.
Its liveliness brings a nice balance.
Excellent with pan-fried foie gras, sweet and savory dishes, but also a pan-fried chanterelle mushroom, a risotto with porcini mushrooms or mashed potatoes with truffles.
It will sublimate your meats; like a fricassee of turkey in casserole, or a duck breast with red fruits and polenta, a sweetbread in parsley with its pan of fresh mushrooms or a filet of doe with chanterelles.
The robe is golden yellow.
On the nose, it develops smoky notes, as well as greedy scents of dried fruits, apricot, honey, beeswax but also brioche. The excellent sanitary state of the grapes translates a ripe and typical nose.
Ample, long and round in the mouth, we evolve on a lively medium, supported by a nice tension which gives fullness to a well balanced whole. The finish is long and powerful.

In conversion to organic farming since 2019. Always mindful of the environment, we work our soils in order to preserve biodiversity in our plots. Yields are controlled in order to have the pure expression of each of our terroirs. The harvest are exclusively manual.
The pressing is done in pneumatic presses gently from 3 to 5 hours. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Maturing on fine lees for 7 months.
Bottling after tangential filtration. Storage in bottles in our cellars.
