Riesling goes wonderfully with fish, shellfish such as shrimp and wasabi maki, grilled scampi with yuzu or sole meunière.
Excellent on virgin sauces or a cucumber with cream.
During cheese, goat and sheep delight in this fresh and expressive wine.
The robe is lemon yellow.
The nose is open and very fruity, with notes of yellow lemon, grapefruit, mirabelle plum and white flowers such as lime.
Dry wine "vertical", racy, it is built around a beautiful freshness and vivacity.
These mineral notes (flint) and its monumental balance makes it a gastronomic wine par excellence.

In conversion to organic farming since 2019. Always mindful of the environment, we work our soils in order to preserve biodiversity in our plots. Yields are controlled in order to have the pure expression of each of our terroirs. The harvest are exclusively manual.
The pressing is done in pneumatic presses gently from 3 to 5 hours. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Maturing on fine lees for 7 months.
Bottling after tangential filtration. Storage in bottles in our cellars.
