Of great elegance, and great freshness this wine harvested in over-ripeness in the "old vines" is of a wonderful complexity.

The nose is very intense with notes of citrus and over-ripeness. The mouth is ample, concentrated and mellow. It reveals aromas of candied yellow fruits, acacia honey and dried fruits: lemon, pineapple, ginger, ... an explosion of flavors!

The finish has a nice length on the aromas. A great mellow wine, powerful and vibrant!

Methode de culture

Always mindful of the environment, we work our soils in order to preserve biodiversity in our plots. Yields are controlled (30hl/ha) in order to have the pure expression of each of our terroirs. The harvest are exclusively manual.

Méthode de vinification et d’élevage

The pressing is done in pneumatic presses gently from 3 to 6 hours. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Maturing on fine lees for several months.
Bottling after tangential filtration in August. Storage in bottles in our cellars.
