The palate is greedy and fruity, with light and silky tannins.
Excellent with red meat, game, duck breast with red fruits and polenta or sweetbreads in and pan-fried mushrooms.
Red color sustained. The nose reveals notes of black cherries, red fruits and leather. The attack in mouth is supple, greedy with silky tannins. Beautiful structure. The finish is long and harmonious, with a fine peppery touch.

Pinot Noir from an old vineyard, with low and limited yields. At perfect maturity, the grapes are harvested manually and rigorously selected in the vineyard.
100% destemmed followed by a crushing before vatting for a 2 week fermentation. Soft pressing for a quality extraction, followed by an ageing on fine lees, in an oak barrel, during 5 months.
Bottling after a fine tangential filtration for the stabilization of our wines. Storage in bottles in our cellars
