Rosé d'Alsace - 2021 - MAGNUM
A perfect summer companion thanks to its fresh and crisp structure.
A summer wine par excellence, to refresh your aperitifs and light dishes: salad, barbecue, tapas, shrimp cocktail…
The Magnum 150cl format is made to accompany large tables and summer evenings.
The colour is a frank and strong rosé. The nose is open with notes of small red fruits such as redcurrant, strawberry, rasberry. In mouth, the attack is supple, greedy and fruity, with a nice freshness.

In conversion to organic farming since 2019. Always mindful of the environment, we work our soils in order to preserve biodiversity in our plots. Yields are controlled in order to have the pure expression of each of our terroirs. The harvest are exclusively manual.
Maceration of a few hours of Pinot Noir followed by a winemaking method called "bleeding". Pneumatic pressing allows the grapes to be pressed gently, for a fine and quality extraction. The fermentation temperatures are controlled by cooling.
After 4 months of maturation on fine lees in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, our Rosé is bottled in the spring after a fine tangential filtration. Storage in bottles in our cellars at constant temperature.
