Pinot Gris Tradition 2022
A supple and greedy wine marked by acidic tones that counterbalance its power and roundness.
A semi-dry white wine with notes of apricot, viennoiserie and noissette with a fine smoky touch.
To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with poultry, risottos, snails, pan-fried mushrooms.
Excellent with light-colored meats accompanied by a creamy sauce or red meats such as roast pork or veal, duck, game or even tripe products.
When it comes to cheese, it goes wonderfully well with Comté, Beaufort, Appenzeller and Gruyère.
Beautiful golden yellow color.
Very typical nose of ripe candied fruits, stone fruits, plum, apricot and brioche notes, pastries.
The attack is supple and lively. Fleshy mouth dominated by acidulous tonalities. We find the aromas of the nose, on the fruit but also notes of hazelnut, grilled almond and a fine smoked touch.
A very frank style, typical of the grape variety.
