- Our Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé:This wine comes from one of our exceptional terroirs in Ribeauvillé.

This 11.40-hectare Grand Cru with south-western exposure benefits from marl, sandstone, clay and stony soils.

It will seduce you with its minerality, liveliness and smoky, flinty aromas. Its salinity will tantalize your taste buds, and its lemon and citrus notes will develop as you taste.

- Our Riesling Grand Cru Geisberg : This wine comes from one of our exceptional terroirs in Ribeauvillé. This south-facing Grand Cru of 8.53 hectares rests on clay-limestone soil with Muschelkalk marl.

It will seduce you with its fruity nose, open to citrus fruit and white flowers. It has a fine mineral and saline structure. The palate is expressive, salivating, balanced and straightforward, giving way to an exceptional interweaving of peach and lemon notes that increase tenfold as the tasting progresses. Minerality and salinity give structure to the whole.

-Our Riesling Grand Cru Osterberg: This wine comes from one of our exceptional terroirs in Ribeauvillé. This 24.60-hectare Grand Cru with south-western exposure is planted on clay-stony soil and marl.

It will seduce you with its intense nose of chalk, flint, ripe yellow fruit such as tangerine, and flowers. The palate is salivating, acidic, well-balanced and long-lasting. The minerality structures the whole, while highlighting the crystalline side of the wine.

In conversion to organic farming since 2019. Always mindful of the environment, we work our soils in order to preserve biodiversity in our plots. Yields are controlled in order to have the pure expression of each of our terroirs. The harvest are exclusively manual.

Méthode de vinification et d’élevage

The pressing is done in pneumatic presses gently from 3 to 5 hours. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Maturing on fine lees for 7 months.
Bottling after tangential filtration. Storage in bottles in our cellars.
